Article on DASH diet

I ran across an interesting article describing a 20 plus year study of women who followed a low sodium diet.  I think the article particularly makes an excellent point about how something as simple as what you eat on a regular basis can keep you off medications that treat the problems that arise from eating a high sodium diet (i.e. high blood pressure, etc).
